Roman Grocholsky
Roman started in the business back in 1980 and since then he has helped thousands of families. With a strong knowledge in Real Estate, Roman has been able to overcome many challenges in the market over the years. He is awarded year after year with our company’s top achievements both regionally and nationally. In 2012, Roman decided to build his brand and created his team which would allow him to adjust with the ever evolving market demands. Over-seeing all aspects of the business, Roman is a team leader, educator, coach and advisor as well as being extremely active in the daily activities of serving our clients. Roman is a force in the real estate industry but a man with heart who is always looking out for your best interests. Awarded with the “Niagara Entrepreneur of the Year” for 2016 Roman credits his success to the clients, friends and family that have trusted him over the years to do what he does best.
Michael Grocholsky
(From one generation to the next.) Mike found his own path in Real Estate. With a strong knowledge and passion for photography, Mike has a keen eye to make every property look like a masterpiece. A fresh and focused approach to Real Estate, Mike is making a mark early in his career. Growing up in the business has taught him the ins and outs and the importance of being true to who you are. Giving every client the hands-on experience and attention they deserve. Building a life in Niagara with his wife, Michelle, their son, Gabriel, and their dog, Wilfrid; he hopes to carry on the family name and continue to help families and friends find their place to call home.
Chanda Giancola
Drawing from years of experience in the Retail and Management sector, it was a natural move for Chanda to gravitate towards Real Estate. With her husband, buying and selling their personal properties over the years gave her the insight to making every transaction a seamless one.
